Football

All Grades • Competitive & Recreational

Our football program develops technical skills, tactical awareness, and teamwork. Students participate in training sessions, friendly matches, and competitive tournaments.

Professional Coaching Inter-school Tournaments Team Building

Netball

Both Gender • All Grades

Netball enhances coordination, agility, and strategic thinking. Our netball teams compete in regional championships and friendly matches throughout the year.

Our athletics program covers sprints, long-distance running, long jump, high jump, shot put, and relay races. Students participate in school championships and inter-school competitions.

Volleyball develops hand-eye coordination, teamwork, and communication skills. Teams train regularly and participate in inter-school tournaments.

Regular Training Sessions

Most sports programs run training sessions 3-4 times per week during school terms. Additional training may be scheduled during preparation for tournaments and competitions.
